Explanations of Services

Focus Area - sometimes you really have muscle pain or an area of your body that needs immediate attention for pain and function. This treatment focuses only on that target area.

Full Body - this is your traditional full body massage but with a completely medical twist! You’ll be asked about your current health at the beginning of every appointment and Heather will adjust your massage to meet your needs. She prides herself on tailoring the perfect massage to meet your needs.

Focus Area & Full Body - this treatment addresses both your target area(s) and you receive the benefits of a full-body massage as well. Heather will tailor the massage to exactly what you need and welcomes feedback… even while on the table… if you want her to move on to another area or if you experience discomfort during the massage.

Ionic Foot Detox - The IonCeanse by AMD helps the body relax and gently detox in a way it has never been able to before, even if normal pathways of elimination are compromised. Detoxification and relaxation with the IonCleanse by AMD is a choice to strongly consider as a part of your health protocol.
